• Stale information: models reflect a training cutoff and may miss recent developments unless explicitly grounded.
• Bias: outputs may reflect biases present in source documents or training data.

• Selective grounding: we attempt to ground outputs in primary sources (such as SEC filings) but cannot guarantee comprehensive coverage of every relevant document.

You should treat AI Outputs as one input among many. Verify any claim before relying on it, including by reviewing the underlying filings, news articles, or fundamentals data we surface alongside each insight.

Market data, news, fundamentals, and filings displayed on the Service are sourced from third-party Data Providers including, without limitation, Finnhub, Financial Modeling Prep, and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's EDGAR system. We do not produce this data ourselves and cannot independently verify its accuracy.

Quote data on the free tier is delayed by at least 15 minutes. Real-time data, where offered, is subject to the policies of the relevant exchange and Data Provider, and may still experience interruptions, errors, or omissions. We make no warranty that any data displayed on the Service is accurate, timely, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.

The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upstream Data Provider outages, or other factors. We will not be liable for any loss arising from such unavailability.

Charts, performance metrics, and historical fundamentals presented on the Service describe events that have already occurred. Past performance — of a security, an index, a sector, or any portfolio — is not a reliable indicator of future performance, and no representation is made that any investment will or is likely to achieve results similar to those shown.
