Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Disclosures, each of which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a binding contract between you and eInvestment Dashboard. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under applicable law to use the Service. The Service is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

You may not use the Service if you are barred from doing so under any applicable law, including the laws of the country in which you reside or from which you access the Service. You are responsible for compliance with all local laws regarding the use of financial information services.

To access most features you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
• Notify us promptly at security@einvestmentdashboard.com if you discover or suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized it. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we believe, in our sole discretion, violate these Terms or pose a risk to the Service or its users.

Plans

The Service offers a free tier and paid subscription tiers ("Pro," "Premium," and any other paid plans we may offer). Features and limits for each tier are described on our pricing page and may change from time to time at our discretion.

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) via our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method for the subscription fee and any applicable taxes. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date.

Refunds

Except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in these Terms, all payments are non-refundable. If you cancel a paid subscription, you will retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing cycle, after which your account will revert to the free tier.

Price changes

We may change the price of any subscription with at least 30 days' prior notice. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

You agree not to do any of the following while using the Service:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or related systems.
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service or any of its data feeds without our prior written consent.
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person or entity.
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law, including securities, export-control, or sanctions laws.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise harvest data from the Service except as permitted by an explicit written agreement.
• Use the Service to make automated trading decisions without human oversight.

Portions of the Service produce AI-generated content ("AI Outputs"), including but not limited to ticker summaries, bull and bear cases, risk flags, briefings, and natural-language screener results. AI Outputs are produced by large language models that may make mistakes, omit information, or produce inaccurate, biased, or out-of-date statements.

AI Outputs are intended to be one input among many in your own research process. They are not investment advice, recommendations, or solicitations. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on AI Outputs. See our Disclosures for additional detail.

We make commercially reasonable efforts to ground AI Outputs in identifiable source documents (such as SEC filings or news articles) and to expose those citations within the Service. We do not warrant that any AI Output is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.

The Service incorporates market data, news, fundamentals, filings, and other content provided by third parties (each, a "Data Provider"). Such content is provided "as is" and is subject to the terms and limitations of the applicable Data Provider, including any redistribution restrictions or delay in availability.

We do not guarantee that data will be accurate, complete, available, or delivered in real time, and we expressly disclaim any liability arising from errors, omissions, or delays in any Data Provider's content. Where the Service offers integrations with third-party services (for example, Plaid, Stripe, or email providers), your use of those integrations is subject to the third party's terms and privacy policies.

The Service is for informational purposes only. eInvestment Dashboard is not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, financial planner, or any other type of financial professional. Nothing on the Service is intended to constitute investment advice, a recommendation, an offer to buy or sell any security, or a solicitation of an offer to buy or sell any security.

Your use of the Service does not create a fiduciary, advisory, or other professional relationship between you and eInvestment Dashboard. You are responsible for evaluating the merits and risks associated with any decision based on information from the Service, and you should consult an appropriately licensed professional before making any investment decision.

The Service, including all software, design, text, graphics, and other content (excluding User Content, as defined below, and content licensed from third parties) is owned by eInvestment Dashboard or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms.

"User Content" means any content you submit to the Service, including notes on watchlist items, transactions, or feedback. You retain all rights you have in your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY OF DATA. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR FREE FROM ERRORS, OR THAT ANY DATA PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE IS ACCURATE, TIMELY, OR COMPLETE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL EINVESTMENT DASHBOARD, ITS AFFILIATES, OR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY ON WHICH THE CLAIM IS BASED, AND EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless eInvestment Dashboard, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with (i) your access to or use of the Service, (ii) your violation of these Terms, or (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual-property or privacy right.

You may terminate your account at any time by following the deletion flow in your account settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to the Service. On termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will end, but the provisions of Sections 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14 will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

You and eInvestment Dashboard each waive any right to a jury trial. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you and eInvestment Dashboard each agree that any claim arising out of or related to these Terms must be brought on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice on the Service before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
